Registration Process:
- Participants are required to pay the registration fee and provide accurate personal contact
information during the registration process.
- The organizers will review each registration and have the right to accept or reject
registrations based on pre-defined criteria. The decision to accept or reject any registration
is at the sole discretion of the organizing team
- Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive a confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once a registration is accepted, cancellations are not permitted. The registration fee is
non-refundable after your registration has been approved.
Refund Policy:

Rejected Registrations: If your registration is rejected by the organizers, you will receive a
refund for the registration fee, post deducting incurred transaction fees at the payment gateway.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. Please
allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your payment instrument subject to your bank t&c
- No-Show: If you have registered and did not attend the event, no refund shall be issued
